Phone and Internet Issues at our Boksburg Branch
We have and continue to experience ongoing problems with our Telkom phone and internet lines at our Bokburg branch.
On some calls it sounds like we answer and hang up when we do not. Other times it just rings on the caller’s side, but we do not get the call on our end. Our email is also being affected from time to time.
Telkom is unable to fix this after several months.
We are in the process of changing service providers and we are hoping for the lines to be ported within the next few days!
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding in this regard. We share your complete and utter frustration and assure you that we are doing everything in our power to get it sorted out as quickly as possible.
