3. Product Information and Pricing

All products, descriptions, and prices are displayed in good faith and are subject to change without notice.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
TDSA reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in supplier costs, exchange rates, or import duties.
Stock availability, lead times, and estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
All quotations and product pricing are valid for a limited period only and may be withdrawn or amended if costs, quantities, or exchange rates change.
Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).

4. Orders, Payments and Delivery

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received and verified by TDSA.
All goods remain the property of TDSA until paid for in full.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection or delivery to the courier.
TDSA is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages occurring after dispatch.
Payment options include approved payment gateways (PayFast, PayGate, PayJustNow, Stitch Express, Ozow, and Yoco) and EFT for bulk or wholesale orders.
TDSA is not responsible for any errors, downtime, or processing delays arising from third-party payment gateways or internet service providers. Any payment issues must be raised directly with the relevant gateway provider.

5. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Returns are accepted only under the conditions set out in our full Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by emailing help@tdsa.co.za before returning any goods.
Goods must be returned in original packaging, in resaleable condition, within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, and may be subject to a handling fee.
Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturer defects and excludes damage resulting from misuse, modification, or fair wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

TDSA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of, or reliance upon, any material, content, products, or services provided on this website, or your inability to use the website, or from any unlawful activity on this website or any linked third-party website.

The user hereby indemnifies TDSA against any loss, claim, or damage that may be suffered by themselves or any third party in any way arising from:

• The use of this website and/or any linked third-party website;
• Any dealings, communications, or transactions with TDSA, its employees, agents, or representatives; and
• The use or misuse of any products purchased from TDSA.

TDSA is not responsible for any damages caused by misuse, modification, or unlawful use of products.
The maximum liability of TDSA under any claim shall be limited to the total value of the goods in question.
