TDSA Boksburg Branch and Headoffice Move Update

We have succesfully moved both the TDSA Boksburg Branch and Headoffice to our new premises at Unit N8, K90 Centre, North Rand Road, Boksburg. (5 Units to the left of where our Boksburg branch used to be in the same centre.)

The retail store is about 75% complete, but we are functional and welcome you to pop in.

We had a power failure from early on 28/10/2019 until after 21:00 however and we have not been able to transfer and scan stock across as we had planned and as a result, our headoffice move and setup has been delayed. We are hoping to have the operations side of headoffice up and running by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. This includes operations such as online order processing, receiving, despatch, shipping etc.

We have power today, so our phones and email should be working. We will start responding to emails as soon as possible.

We apologise for the additional inconvenience that this has caused, thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming You to our new Boksburg store.

While we do our utmost to prevent it, delays do unfortunately happen from time to time.

Should you attempt to order an item that is not available to ship out of our warehouse, you will be provided with an ETA and prompted to select whether you want to place the item on Backorder.
