TDSA eCommerce/Online Ordering Update

Following Government’s announcement on 14/05/2020 that all eCommerce/Online Sales are now allowed under Lockdown Level 4 Restrictions, we would like to clarify our current policies and trading hours to all our Customers.

TDSA stores are open and Customers are able to place orders online at www.tdsa.co.za. We are now able to ship and deliver all products that we offer nationwide. We are currently in the process of putting additional measures in place to make sure that all outgoing parcels comply with the relevant Government Regulations.

Both TDSA Boksburg and Centurion branches are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 15:00 and Saturdays 08:30 to 13:00 until further notice to supply Products to Essential Service Providers and the Public.

Please note that we are only able to supply certain products in our retail stores as per current Government guidelines. We are able to supply Essential Products to anyone who needs them and since Security Services, Law Enforcement, Emergency and Logistics Services (Among others.) are Essential Services, we are able to supply essential equipment to these services. (Please have a copy of your Essential Service Provider Certificate on hand.)

We are operating with scaled down staff and request Your patience and understanding during this time. We ask that one wears a mask at all times and that all Customers who visit our stores practise social distancing and other best practises at all times while out in public. Hand Sanitiser is available when entering any TDSA store.

In order to save time and limit unnecessary travel during this time, we recommend that you call your nearest TDSA branch to confirm stock availability before physically visiting the store. Alternatively place an order online and have it delivered to your door.

The TDSA website continues to operate as usual and You can place orders online during this time. We are now able to ship all Goods nationwide. We are in the process of putting our systems back in place and we will be working overtime to ensure that all orders are picked, packed and despatched as soon as possible.

As we have a large backlog, please allow us a few days in order to get everything in place and to work through the backlog. We will notify relevant Customers via email as soon as your Their orders have been despatched.

Please note that while eCommerce/Online Order deliveries are now allowed, there are still restrictions and delays on imports and many of our local manufacturers and suppliers are still not permitted to operate completely or at all under current regulations and as a result, there will be delays on some brands and products. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard.

As we do not know how pricing will change over the next few weeks and months, we urge our Customers to take advantage of current available stock and pricing. We guarantee to honour all pricing on orders placed on available/in stock items. We undertake to refund any orders placed during the Lockdown period where we are not able to deliver the product(s) within our normal/specified lead time plus the Lockdown period.

Available stock will be reserved for You the moment You place an order online. Backorder items will be ordered as soon as we are able to resume normal operations and relevant manufacturers and suppliers reopen.
