Dear Valued TDSA Customer,
We have experienced a marked increase in Online Orders over the last few months and we thank all our Customer’s for their continued support in this regard. While this is a good thing, we have tried to manage this to the best of our ability and we have identified areas where we have failed both ourselves and You, our Customer. We have not managed to adequately communicate with and keep Customer’s updated with regards to progress of their online orders and this is unacceptable.
We have just put new staff and procedures in place to allow us to manage this department better in order to deliver the level of Customer Service and communication that we would like to deliver and that our Customer’s both expect and deserve from us.
We expect it to take 1 – 2 weeks to fully implement these changes and we thank you for Your patience and understanding in this regard.

We value every single one of our Customers’ support and take Customer Service very seriously. We acknowledge that we have let some of You down for which we sincerely apologise and have taken steps to rectify this.
