We go to great lengths to explain this on our website and other Customer facing channels and provide the most accurate Estimated Times of Arrivals (ETA’s) for On Demand, Pre, Back and Special Order items, but due to the nature of manufacturing, import/export and various other factors in our supply chain, we cannot and do not guarantee lead times or delivery dates.
